Buying a property in Spain can be a bit of a nightmare. Thank god for Dan Wardle of Target Properties who made life a bit easier by keeping in constant touch via email and weekly telephone call updates. Dan drove us all over the area showing us properties that matched our criteria and when we returned home he continued to search and send us a video walkthrough of properties as they came on the market. We came out to the Costa del Sol to look at properties within easy distance of Estepona. This was arranged from the UK and we met with Keith Spitalnick with whom we spent 2 full days. We saw a variety of properties including houses, apartments and off-plan developments. The search was tailor-made to the profile that we submitted. The service provided by Keith and Marco was fantastic. We were collected at the beginning of the day and driven to all the properties - this made it possible to absorb the different locations and concentrate on the property search. Although at this stage we are not in a position to proceed with a purchase, we now feel very well informed about the area and have a better idea of where to focus the search. We intend to revisit in September 2018 and will definitely be glad to do this in conjunction with Target Property.

We listed our property with several agencies but only Keith and the team at Target put the effort in to sell it. And sell it they did. Great work guys!
