Mijas Costa Market Update – April 2024

As of April 2024, the market is showing signs of stabilization after a couple of years of high activity. Nationally, property sales, prices, and mortgages are up, but in Mijas Costa, demand remains steady with fewer buyers than in other areas. Price corrections are common as sellers adjust expectations after years of inflated prices. However, there’s still a shortage of available properties.
