In order to provide a safe stay for you and your family, we make sure our cleaning standards meet the current needs of travellers. For these reasons we are taking the following actions:
Provide hand soap for all bathrooms.
Hand sanitizer available in the property upon arrival
Clean all our towels and linen with high temperatures and products that will kill 100% of germs.
Change all our linen and towels after every stay.
Use EPA registered disinfectants to disinfect surfaces all around the property.
Buffer days in between stays to make sure the property is aired and disinfected in between guests.
This amazing modern detached villa with its own private swimming pool is superbly located just 650 meters from the beach overlooking the popular hotspot of La Cala de Mijas and enjoys unparalleled panoramic sea views that are sure to take your breath away. A five bedroom private villa built over two floors , sleeping up to 10 (ideally 8 adults and 2 children although it can cater for 12 adults). This bright and fresh property is classy and stylish throughout with enormous sunny terraces offering both sun and shade at all times of the day.
The property is accessed via a private gate to the front door where you find an entrance hall leading through to a large fully fitted kitchen complete with central cooking island, separate dining room and living room with Smart TV. On this floor there are three double bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds) all with their own ensuite bathrooms, a guest toilet and a smaller children's bedroom with twin beds. The lounge gives access through french doors to an expansive terrace with steps leading down to the pool as well as a shaded area with lots of comfortable seating to chill out and take a well deserved break from the sun.
Back inside the villa an internal staircase takes us down to the lower level of the property where we find another fully equipped kitchen, another large lounge also with Smart TV, as well as a double bedroom with an annex complete with sofa bed which is ideal for sleeping younger children close to their parents, and another full bathroom. (Please note the annex can accomodate 2 adults however the double bedroom on this level is only accessed via the annex). This level enjoys access directly on to the pool area which is complete with barbecue, rotisserie, pizza oven, sun loungers, as well as a covered dining area to enjoy eating al-fresco.
Please note the pool can be heated from October - April at an additional cost of €250 per week
As the villa is located only 650 meters from the beach, you can comfortably walk down to the beach in just a few minutes however the way home is uphill so you may want to take a short taxi ride back, especially after a full day in the sun at the beach. Or of course you may want to hire a car and explore the area yourself, the centre of Marbella is only 18km away in one direction and Fuengirola is 15km away in the other.
All rooms have air conditioning and FREE WIFI is included for guests.
