In order to provide a safe stay for you and your family, we make sure our cleaning standards meet the current needs of travellers. For these reasons we are taking the following actions:
Provide hand soap for all bathrooms.
Hand sanitizer available in the property upon arrival
Clean all our towels and linen with high temperatures and products that will kill 100% of germs.
Change all our linen and towels after every stay.
Use EPA registered disinfectants to disinfect surfaces all around the property.
Buffer days in between stays to make sure the property is aired and disinfected in between guests.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed with an en suite bathroom with his-and-hers sinks and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a sofa bed in the lounge providing sleeping for an additional 2 guests. There is another shared family shower room with WC. Both bedrooms have mirrors and lots of wardrobe space.
The living room is large and comfortable with two sofas, a smart TV providing many international TV channels and a separate dining area seating six. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dish-washer and features a serving hatch through to the dining area.
The living room and both bedrooms enjoy access to the wrap-around terrace where you will, no doubt, spend most of your time, complete with sun-loungers, jacuzzi, barbecue and outdoor seating and dining facilities to enjoy living and eating al-fresco.
***Please note there is a surcharge of 100€ per week for the use of the jacuzzi***
The property features cream marble floors, hot and cold air-conditioning and has fibre optic wifi included in the price.
Just a few minutes drive brings you to the bustling El Zoco commercial area and the beach, where you will find all amenities needed for an enjoyable holiday.
There is an underground car parking space for one car.
The complex features 5 swimming pools plus children's pool equipped with sun-loungers and showers.
CALAHONDA is part of Mijas Costa and is a much sought after holiday location sitting on the beach and is mid way between nearby towns of Marbella and Fuengirola. Infrastructure at Calahonda is excellent with many commercial zones and amenities. You have a number of large supermarkets (Mercadona, Supersol and Lidl), banks and ATMs, pharmacies, gift shops, beauty salons and hairdressers, newsagents, hardware shops, etc. The choice of eating options is great with something to suit every taste and budget ranging from traditional spanish and tapas restaurants, amazing fish and seafood at the beach chiringuitos, chinese and asian, italian/pizzeria, modern infusion, indian, irish and english style pubs, deli cafes, ice cream parlours, fish & chips, steakhouses, the list goes on....
Calahonda is serviced well by public transport with direct bus routes to Fuengirola and Marbella. Taxis are plentiful and you can now get an Uber. (Trains from Malaga stop at Fuengirola).
