Fnding the right property in spain can be very difficult, we had been searching for over a year using various agents in the la cala de mijas area, before we met keith from target property, lucky us, as keith turned out to be by far the most helpful and patient estate agent ever, his knowledge of the area is fantastic and he eventually found us our dream beach front appartment in la cala, and on budget. Best of all is that keith is not pushie at all, hes not interested in selling you just anything, its important to him that he finds you the right appartment, keith also sold our existing appartment in 5 months, it had been on the market for two years with another agent. we cant recommend target property highly enough. they are 10 out of 10 on every front.

Buying a property in Spain can be a bit of a nightmare. Thank god for Dan Wardle of Target Properties who made life a bit easier by keeping in constant touch via email and weekly telephone call updates. Dan drove us all over the area showing us properties that matched our criteria and when we returned home he continued to search and send us a video walkthrough of properties as they came on the market. I would recommend Target Properties 100% as the best estate agents on the Cost del Sol.
